 We ordinarily hold our monthly meeting on the second Thursday of each month
 \, but we have an opportunity to join forces with RePower America on this t
 hird Thursday instead.  During the meeting we will consider strategies that
  will influence passage of the kind of energy bill in the US Senate we want
 .  One that supports the slowing of climate change and reduction of our car
 bon footprint.  As you know such a bill has passed in the House.  Now it's 
 time for Senators to step up.  During this debate and discussion time befor
 e the vote\, people of faith should speak up in favor of an energy bill tha
 t includes climate change controls and emphasis on renewable energies.  It'
 s a matter of stewardship and justice.  How do we do it most effectively?
